We release payment to you when:
A. A deposit milestone is selected in the Project Registration form. This payment is released to you on the commencement date specified by you.
B. You send an invoice or payment claim to your client via our platform, and the client either approves the invoice or it exceeds its due date without action.
C. For retention payments, when the defects liability period ends, and no claim is made against you for the remaining funds.
Using our service provides extra protection for your client. If you don't fulfil your duties under the contract, your client can pause fund release by raising a dispute on the platform. Either the contractor or client may cover the cost of the fee; If the client has opted to pay the fee, the contractor should add said fee to the first milestone of the project. If the contractor has opted to cover the fee this will be deducted from the first milestone of said project.
