- Add details to your quotes — Include your Wediate holding account details on quotes and invoices, with Wediate CC'd on communications.
- Buyer deposits funds — The buyer transfers milestone amounts into the Wediate holding account in GBP.
- Work is completed — The builder completes each project milestone as agreed.
- Dual approval release — Both parties confirm via email and phone/WhatsApp, and funds are released to the builder.
All holding accounts use UK Sort Code format and operate entirely in GBP. There are no currency conversion fees or international transfer complications.
Transparent Pricing with VAT
Wediate charges a flat 1.5% fee inclusive of VAT on deposits into the holding account. There are no setup fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no hidden charges. What you see is what you pay — simple and transparent, just as it should be.
