  • Be upfront that you're a Wediate partner when you recommend us.

Partner Programme Terms

Version 2026-09-27

  1. The programme. The Wediate Partner Programme lets approved partners earn commission for introducing new customers to Wediate's holding account service. It is commission only; partnership does not include free or discounted use of Wediate. Wediate reviews every application and may decline any application.
  2. One account. One partner account per person or business. Multiple accounts for different entities are not permitted.
  3. Eligible referrals. A referral is a new customer who signs up through your referral link or code and was not already a Wediate user. You can't earn commission on your own transactions, or on transactions of businesses you own or control.
  4. Commission. You earn a 100% share of the Wediate platform fees paid on each referred customer's transactions, up to £500 per referral. Commission is earned only once Wediate has received the fee. If a fee is refunded or reversed, the related commission is reversed or deducted from future payouts.
  5. Payouts. Commission is paid monthly on the 15th to the account you nominate in your partner dashboard. You are responsible for any tax (including VAT, if registered) on the commission you receive.
  6. How you promote Wediate. Make it clear you are a Wediate partner and may earn commission when you recommend Wediate. Only describe Wediate accurately, as it describes itself on this website. Do not spam, and do not present yourself as Wediate's employee or agent. Do not handle customer funds or give financial or legal advice on Wediate's behalf.
  7. Ending the partnership. You can leave the programme at any time. Wediate may change or end the programme with 30 days' notice, and may end a partnership immediately for breach of these terms, fraud, or misuse. Commission already earned is paid on the next payout date, except commission from referrals that breach these terms.
  8. General. Partners are independent, not employees, agents or representatives of Wediate. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you also use a Wediate holding account, that use is covered separately by the Wediate Terms of Service.

Payment terms: Partner commissions are processed on the 15th of each month. Commissions are funded from Wediate's service fees on transactions completed by the person you refer, capped at a maximum of £500 per referral. This programme is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
