Set up your Wediate Rentals account. Applications are typically reviewed within 1โ€“2 business days. One account covers all your properties.

Send the Wediate details to your guest

When a guest confirms a booking, provide them with the Wediate holding account number and reference. They transfer the deposit there, not to you directly.

Confirm check-in, receive funds

The guest inspects the property on arrival and approves the release via Wediate. Funds are released to you in the same step. Keys and payment move together.

No. The IDR 600,000 Wediate fee is paid by the guest as part of their transfer. There is no charge to hosts or agents.

What if the guest refuses to release the funds on arrival?

If the guest disputes the release, Wediate holds the funds while the issue is reviewed. This is the same protection that makes guests confident to book in the first place. It works both ways.

Do I need to be based in Indonesia?

No. Wediate Rentals works for local Indonesian hosts, expat owners, and international investors with Indonesian properties. The service is available wherever your property is.

How quickly are funds released after guest approval?

Release is processed by Wediate following guest approval. Transfer timing depends on the bank used. Most releases are processed within 1โ€“2 business days.

Can I use Wediate for multiple properties?

Yes. One Wediate holding account can be used for multiple properties. Each booking gets its own transaction reference.
